My good friend Jennifer lost her mom to a battle with leukemia this past March. It was, and still is a shock to many of us who knew her. We have peace in knowing she is with our heavenly Father in heaven looking down on her family and friends. In memory of Betty her family took her items of clothing and wanted to make a quilt. My mom took up the opportunity and had a few of her quilting friends come over to her house and they all worked and put this piece of work together. Jennifer's dad is having more made by the amish so all 4 of Betty's children can have one. My mom and her friends were honored to help out the Shaw family.
